Sanitizing Dishes, Pots, Pans and Utensils

  1. Clean dishes with Proforce® Pink Lotion Dish Detergent
  2. Fill sink with lukewarm water to fill line
  3. Add 1 oz. Sanitizer per gallon of water
  4. Thoroughly wet surface for 60 seconds
  5. Do not rinse
  6. Air dry

Sanitizing Food Contact Surfaces

  1. Clean and rinse with potable water surface to be sanitized
  2. Apply use solution of 1 oz per gallon of water to surface
  3. Surface must remain wet for 60 seconds
  4. Do not rinse
  5. Air dry

Should dishes and utensils be rinsed with water after sanitizing?
ProForce® Sanitizer does not require a rinse. After sanitizing allow to air dry. Read and follow all label directions for use.
Where can I use this product other than foodservice applications?
Use this product on washable hard, nonporous surfaces. This product is not a cleaner. Wash and rinse soiled surfaces prior to sanitizing. Apply ProForce Sanitizer use solution to surface by immersion or by spraying. Allow to air dry. Read and follow all label directions for use.
What is the pH of ProForce® Sanitizer?
The pH is 6.75 when in concentrated form before it is diluted with water for use.
What is the procedure for use on hard surface items in schools and day care facilities?
This product is not a cleaner. Wash and rinse soiled surfaces prior to sanitizing. Add 1 oz. of this product per gallon of water (or equivalent dilution) to sanitize precleaned hard, nonporous surfaces. Apply sanitizer use-solution with a cloth, mop, sponge, sprayer or by immersion, thoroughly wetting surfaces. For sprayer applications, use a coarse spray device. Spray 6 - 8 inches from surface; rub with brush, sponge or cloth. Avoid breathing spray. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 1 minute. Wipe dry with a sponge, mop or cloth or allow to air dry. Read and follow all label directions for use.

Can I mix this product with other cleaners or chemicals?
ProForce® Sanitizer should not be mixed with other cleaners or chemicals. Please follow use instructions on the product label.
Is this product harmful to septic systems?
This product, when used as directed, will not harm septic systems.
